Pascha (Holy) Week is the holiest week of the year. It has the deepest effects on the soul. In the early church, people spent this whole week in worship at church, following the events step by step. They participated in the hymns and in the church rituals, with all diligence and enthusiasm; depth in spirituality, listening to the sermons, meditation, hymns, and the sayings of the fathers which pertain to this occasion.
