Contemplations on the Pentecost Feast

My beloved, let us rejoice in this day on which the church was established and the HolySpirit descended on the believers in the Upper Room while they were praying. Let us also wait for the Lord, examine our lives and deeds and participate with the members of the first church in accepting the gifts that poured exceedingly on all the believers on this day.
